“Our heartfelt thanks to you for the donation of books that you sent to us. We are overwhelmed. The teachers that work in the library could not contain their excitement over the books that we received. Thanks a lot for the story books that you sent. They are just appropriate for the age group of the students in our school. As for the teacher resources, all of the teachers in the school are excited about the help that we will obtain from these books. Thanks a million. We were unable to send you photos of the empty library, but as soon as we can get a photographer to come, we will take pictures of the library as is, and then we will send pictures of the completed library. In any case our library was practically empty before your donation. We have donated some of the books of which there are multiple copies to needy schools in and around our community, since they are in similar situation as we. We are also hoping that can get some more story books for our children's section, so as to create greater variety for students and to completely fill up the shelves.

“The books have arrived at the school! Pardon me for being a little tardy in acknowleding and THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED!
A couple of times I sent an email and the computer just froze..this is my second attempt now hope I get through. This computer is quite ancient..and we only have ONE at the school which is always busy with OFFICE WORK..I am typing this from the Convent. We are very grateful and ALL of them are worthwhile and can be used to great advantage.WE have been trying to share them out so one teacher does not grab all the best ones..you know the everlasting human condition.

The Lions Club of Dominica extends its heartfelt congratulations and thanks for your company’s partnership in enabling the organization Boaters for Books to ship to Dominica freight free, eighty one boxes of children books to the Lions club of Dominica for distribution.
The assistance given has already brought to the children in the schools which were recipients of the books, a sense of belonging as expressed by the thanks after the presentations of the donations were made and the gratitude shown by the teachers.
Surely, your company along with Boaters for Books through this joint effort has assisted raising the level of literacy among young people in Dominica which has not gone unnoticed.
